Attorney Justin Haskamp was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He attended The Ohio State University for his undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Political Science. After working in real estate as an investor and landlord, he acquired his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. After passing the bar exam, Attorney Haskamp worked for several years for a law firm based in New York City. His main area of focus is OVI law. He also defends various criminal and traffic offenses, both misdemeanor and felony.

Attorney Haskamp is admitted to practice in Ohio, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals . Attorney Haskamp has defended cases in almost every county in the State of Ohio and is known for his pioneering of monthly fixed payment plans for client with limited means.
